NEW JERSEY – Keller Williams Realty remains an official sponsor of JerseyBike, the two companies announced.  JerseyBike and Keller Williams will collaborate to provide a healthy and environmentally friendly transportation option throughout Hudson County, enabling riders to travel more efficiently to downtown areas and other forms of transit.

GCM Homes, Renee Condon Group, and Maryanski Group are supporters of the program on behalf of Keller Williams Realty.

“We are grateful & proud to have been a sponsor of the Jersey Bike Program since Day One!” said Susan Maryanski, Keller Williams Agent. “Our clients, friends and associates reach out to us often to tell us they saw our bike and/or used it themselves.  This amazing marketing program has allowed us to stay present on everyone’s minds.”

Hudson Bike Share launched in Hoboken in October 2015 and has since expanded to Weehawken, West New York, Guttenberg, North Bergen, Bayonne and Port Imperial, rebranding in 2018 as JerseyBike, with a total of 560 bikes. The system currently has over 45,000 registered members and has clocked over 627,000 rides since inception.

“I am a proud sponsor of Hoboken’s BikeShare because of its Green Initiative and Brand Recognition.” Said Giovanni Maramonte, Keller Williams Agent. “Two ideals I support!”

Users can register online or download the nextbike app. The cost of the program is $95 per year or $12.95 a month and includes unlimited 45-minute trips. Riders can also choose a pay-as-you-go option for $2 per 30-minute ride. The expansion of the program will allow access to a greater number of New Jersey residents while providing a strong and reliable service for users of all types.

Riders can use a smart phone or key card to unlock bicycles at any of the stations in the system. Once rented, the user will be given a code to unlock the bike and begin their 30 or 45-minute ride. The highlight of the system is the ability to park the bikes temporarily, as well as the ability for users to end their trip at a station that is already full. This feature, which is lacking in prior-generation bike sharing models, allows users to make stops mid-trip and eliminates the frustration of arriving at an already full station.
